Call of Duty: Mobile Season 11: Fix DMZ Keymapping & Crash Issues on GameLoop
Introduction
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 11 (6th Anniversary) is finally here, bringing a ton of new content and the highly anticipated DMZ (Recon) mode. However, for emulator players, the celebration has been cut short by frustrating technical issues.
Since the update dropped, GameLoop 64-bit users have been experiencing constant crashes, rendering the game unplayable. While the community eagerly awaited a fix rumored for December 18th, that date has passed without an emulator update.
But don’t worry—we aren’t leaving you behind. In this guide, we will cover the current status of the emulator, why you need to switch versions, and present a working solution for the DMZ Keymapping issue, thanks to community member Napharcos.
The Current State: 64-Bit vs. 32-Bit
If you are trying to play Season 11 on the standard GameLoop 64-bit version, you are likely facing crashes every time you enter a match or the lobby.
Our Recommendation: Until an official patch is released, switch to GameLoop 32-bit. While not perfect, the 32-bit version is significantly more stable. You might still experience a crash every 3-4 matches, but compared to the unplayable state of the 64-bit version, it is currently the only way to play.

Official Statement from GameLoop
We know many of you were expecting an update on December 18. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen.
GameLoop recently posted an announcement on their official Facebook page acknowledging the situation. They confirmed they are aware of:
The crashing issues on the 64-bit version.
The broken Keymapping in the new DMZ mode.
While they didn’t provide a specific release date for the fix, they did suggest a temporary workaround for the controls—a solution that we at GameLoopHub had actually identified and shared with our community days prior.
The Good News: DMZ Keymapping Fix (Community Edition)
We don’t want to wait for “Soon™.” If you want to jump into DMZ right now without struggling with broken controls, we have a solution.
Thanks to the hard work of Napharcos, we have a refined Keymapping configuration that solves the majority of the input issues in the new mode.
How to Apply the Fix (Step-by-Step)
Thanks to Napharcos, we have a modified configuration file (TVM_100.xml) that adds the missing DMZ controls to GameLoop. Since every player has different habits, we have designed this process to cover two scenarios.
Choose Your Method
Before starting, decide which category you fit into:
Method A (Customized Controls): If you have customized your keymapping for Battle Royale or Multiplayer (e.g., moved buttons, changed keys), follow Step 1. This ensures your personal settings are preserved and merged with the DMZ fix.
Method B (Default Controls): If you use the standard GameLoop keys without any changes, you can skip Step 1 and proceed directly to Step 2.
Step 1: Upload Your Current Keymap (For Custom Settings)
Skip this step if you use Default settings.
To keep your personal settings, you need to upload your current configuration file to our tool:
Click the “Upload” button above.
Navigate to the following path on your computer:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\AndroidTbox\Select the file named
TVM_100.xmland upload it.- Check the ‘Override Multi Player and Battle Royale config’ option to preserve your personalized control settings.

Step 2: Configure DMZ Keymap (Optional)
Once uploaded, switch to the “DMZ” tab shown in the visual tool. Here, you will see the default DMZ assignments. You can customize them if you wish.

Step 3: Download the New Config File
Once you are ready (or if you are a “Default” user), click the “Download” button at the bottom of the tool to save your new, DMZ-ready TVM_100.xml file to your computer.
Step 3: Installation (Crucial Step!)
Before replacing the file, please follow these safety measures strictly:
1. Backup Your Old File: Go to the AndroidTbox folder again. Copy your existing TVM_100.xml and paste it somewhere safe (like your Desktop) as a backup. If anything goes wrong, you can simply restore this file.
2. Completely Close GameLoop: Clicking “X” is not enough!
Close the emulator window.
Go to the System Tray (the bottom-right corner of your Windows taskbar, near the clock).
Right-click the GameLoop icon and select “Quit”. Ensure no GameLoop processes are running in the background.
3. Replace the File: Now, copy the new TVM_100.xml you just downloaded and paste it into the folder: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\AndroidTbox\ (Confirm “Replace the file in the destination” when asked.)
Step 4: Verify & Play
Open GameLoop and launch Call of Duty: Mobile.
Once the game loads, open the Keymapping Settings.

You should now see a new option titled “DMZ”. Select it, and your controls will be fixed!

⚠️ Important Troubleshooting: If you notice the game confusing DMZ controls with Battle Royale controls (or switching modes unintentionally), follow this fix:
Open Keymapping Settings and Select DMZ.
Look for “Secondary Settings”.
Disable (Uncheck) the option that says: “Auto switch mode based on scenario” and Save.
Conclusion
While it is disappointing that the official update missed the December 18th window, the community always finds a way. By switching to the 32-bit version and applying Keymap Fix, you can enjoy the 6th Anniversary content while we wait for Tencent to release the official patch.
Stay tuned to GameLoopHub.com; as soon as the official update drops, we will let you know!
